Is your cookware dishwasher safe?
Yes! All of our cookware is dishwasher safe. However, hand washing with warm soapy water will extend the life of your pan and keep the surface in top condition.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Contact us at info@zelora-london.com to start a return.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 6–11 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
