Zelora London is committed to delivering your cookware promptly and reliably across the United Kingdom. Below you will find full details on how we handle dispatch, delivery, and any issues that may arise.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Your order will be dispatched through our logistics partners and delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or DHL. Carrier allocation is based on your delivery postcode and current availability.

Dispatch Timeframe

Orders are reviewed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment. Our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM GMT. Any order placed after this time, or on a weekend or bank holiday, will be processed from the next working day.

Delivery Charges

Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value is required.

Transit: 5 to 8 business days
Estimated total: 6 to 11 business days from order date

Delivery estimates are subject to change and may be impacted by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or seasonal demand. Tracking details are issued via email upon dispatch. Please note that tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to become active.

Order Tracking

Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to fulfil orders to PO Box or military addresses. Some items may be subject to carrier-specific restrictions depending on your location within the UK.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, our team will contact you directly to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please inspect your cookware upon arrival. If anything is damaged or your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us right away at info@zelora-london.com. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the situation.
