Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Zelora London. If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from delivery to get in touch with us.
How to Request a Return
Email our team at info@zelora-london.com and include your order number. We will assess your request and provide return instructions within a short time. Returns sent without prior authorisation will be refused.
Eligibility Requirements
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Cookware that has been used, cleaned, or is missing original parts will not be accepted for a return. We inspect every return carefully before processing any refund.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrectly fulfilled. In those situations, Zelora London will cover the full cost of the return.
Issues with Your Order
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If your item is confirmed as defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement free of charge and cover all return shipping costs, no questions asked.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
As a customer based in the United Kingdom, you are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason — no explanation needed.
To cancel, you must notify us within that 14-day window. The item must be returned in its original condition: unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase will be required to process your cancellation. Refunds are issued in line with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Refund Processing
As soon as your returned item arrives and passes our quality check, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to be completed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
